A waiter how does not wait for recognition to come

By Appearance he look a pakka retired fauft,moustachiocd,well-built and sharp vision, He none other than Laxman Lokhande the waiter who served food to the VIP guest at good old sonegaon Airport Canteen,that use to be high status coffee joint in those day(from 1974 to 1980)
To many regular fliers and Air Passengers,his was a familier face and that was probably the reson for his being recognised by VIP's that include film stars. He carried food into the Aircraft and other indulged In Getting a quick autograph of his favourite actor and actress.In this manner he has amassed a huge collection of autographs signed by actors of yester years.Famous hindi film comedian Tuntun,Marathi film star Dada Kondke,A K Hangal.Rajesh Khanna,Vinod Mehra,Dara Singh,Danny,Shashi Kapoor,Asha Parekh,Shatrughan Sinha,Gulzar,Helan and more.Where ever he goes,he carries with him his bundle of prized possession in photocopy form.
He left the airport canteen job and got selected as cook in ordance factory in 1985.He Retired on april 30 2011. In the 26 year of his service he won sevral award and laurels. He was honoured and falicitated in the year 1999 and was given a cash award.

India Book Of Records 2015-collected autographs 165 famous personalities, India Book Of Records 2014-collected autographs 122 famous personalities. He was participated in International Museum day 2013, Walkathon 2014. He was awarded with Dr.Aambedkar Samajik Ratna Puraskar 2014, Great Autographs collection 2013, State level great Autographs collector.
