Global Panorama Showcase

When you are accepted as a “Hosted Buyer”, Global Panorama Showcase will provide the following :

1. Round-trip domestic economy ticket with partner airline on direct flights to hosting city(*)
2. Accommodation and breakfast at the hotel to be defined by the organization.
3. Transfers from and to the Airport
4. Access to GPS
5. Access to appointments with the exhibitors you select
6. Access to Social events ( on Invitation only)

(*) For Fully Hosted Buyers Only (Domestic Buyers Only. International Hosted buyers to arrange their own flight tickets)

IT DOES NOT INCLUDE

1. Extra room charges (Laundry, Calls,Room Services)
2. Meals other than specified
3. Additional lodging nights
4. Travel insurance
5. Differences deriving from air-ticket upgrades
6. Extra charges resulting from loss of connections
7. Private transfers
8. Private tours
9. Fines for date changes
10. Excess luggage, customs fines or the like

IMPORTANT

1. If you participate as a “Hosted Buyer”, GPS will be able to provide the exhibitors your contact data
2. Submission of an application to participate as a “Hosted Buyer” does not automatically guarantee the reservation of a place within the Program. In order to be included, you must receive a written notification that your request has been accepted.
3. Your application will not be processed unless the form is completed fully.
4. Only one application will be accepted per participant.
5. If you are not accepted as a “hosted buyer”, you may still attend as a visitor

COORDINATING YOUR PARTICIPATION

1. GPS will be in charge of coordinating your participation as a Hosted Buyer, including the flight and lodging reservations; for that purpose, all communications must be addressed to our Hosted Buyers Team.
2. GPS will not be held liable for flight or luggage losses or any other additional expenses incurred in by the buyer.
3. Hosted buyers will pay all the extra expenditures generated by them.

ATTENDANCE

1. Hosted buyers selected by GPS shall hold at least 9 scheduled meetings with exhibitors per day.
2. If you cannot attend an appointment, you must contact the exhibitor and schedule a new date and time.
3. Failing to select all the exhibitors to complete your scheduled meetings agenda before the deadline may be considered a no-show.
4. It is mandatory to attend minimum two presentations during each day of the event

CONDITIONS

1. Your invitation cannot be transferred.
2. Flight changes must be considered by GPS, who will reserve the right to transfer fines to the Hosted Buyer.
3. Unused air tickets must be returned to GPS.
4. Each hosted buyer will be responsible for his/her own visa or any other documentation required of people coming from their countries of origin.
5. GPS has no health insurance for the hosted buyers, so the latter are responsible for their own.
6. Buyer program participation fee is non refundable.
7. Pre / Post tour participation fee is non refundable.
8. Each hosted buyer will be responsible for expenditures deriving from excess luggage weight, fines or the like.
